You turn a negative to a positive by changing your surroundings or your mind. Group meetings can be confusing if they are not organized--you could help with the organizing. This would be important when moving forward to reach a goal, teach a class or run a race, etc. Young people around you learn, enjoy and gain new ways to see the humor in it and stay cool.
